Project Paradroid for Windows

Not exact, but not too bad either. Project Paradroid isn't exactly the same as it's legendary C64 inspiration, but all-in-all, it's not bad either.On the downside, the movement seems a tad slow to me & using the keyboard, it seems a little unresponsive; tho' to be fair, I always used a joystick "back in the day" so I guess a keyboard WOULD seem unresponsive... ...another minor disappointment was the lack of imagination in the pictures of the actual droids in the "specifications" section (I can't remember the name of that section when one accesses the ship's computers...) ...and, finally, I feel it takes much too long to switch over to transfer mode.On the upside, the intro is great, the grafix are tastefully updated & the actual gameplay is VERY similar to the original, including the transfer sub-game. Oh, and did I mention it's free!?In regards to sound, I haven't been able to judge as I've muted the sound out of respect for my wife who is asleep next to me!If you're a huge fan of the original, this is definitely worth your while, even if it isn't exactly like the original.
